RICO Rats

Written for the Minimalist TTRPG Jam 3, attempting to adhere to the Hard Mode rules. 

RICO Rats uses three to eight standard decks of playing cards (with Jokers) and is intended for you and friends to play through until one or more players runs out of their 52 cards. A slightly competitive betrayal-friendly game, it evokes the spirit of criminal capitalism where the only thing you can trust is that I can kill you.
